Two ears can be shaped out of other pieces of clay. Place them on the sides of the head just helow the line. Smooth the clay alter you stick on the ears and the nose.
Roll out a worm-shaped piece of clay, and cut pieces off for the eyebrows and the lips.

THE HEAD
Take a big lump of clay and knead it like dough to get rid of any air holes or soft spots. Roll it into a hall for the head.
Roll a smaller hall of clay for the neck. Stick it to the head. Smooth the clay where the two halls are stuck together so that the line between them does not show. Flatten the bottom of the neck so that the head will stand.
