HOW TO FINGER PAINT
Shiny shelf paper is ihe best kind to finger-paint on.
Wet the paper in a pan of water or under a water faucet. Spread it out smoothly on the newspapers. If the paper gels too dry before von finish painting, sprinkle some more water on it.
Spoon some paint I mm the jar and put it on the paper.
Use your thumb and fingers for most of your picture. But also use the side of your hand and arm lor big. sweeping strokes. Use your finger tips and nails to make fine details.
