Now for the recipe courtesy of Cynthia Snell: Peel and slice 16 golden delicious apples into a bowl. Stir in 1  T cinnamon, 2 T tapioca, and 1 cup sugar. Pour into pie shell, then add 5 slices of butter. Place top pie shell over filling and brush top with cream for even browning. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown.
What You’ll Need:
Stoneware bisque pie pan.
Cleaning tools.
Natural sponge.
Brushes-#’s 2 & 6 synthetic soft rounds.
Apple template.
Glazes-Red Pepper and Forest Green
